Punishment must be part of any Wontumi plea deal – Arthur Kennedy

Political activist Dr. Arthur Kennedy has argued that any plea bargain involving Ashanti Regional NPP Chairman Bernard Antwi-Boasiako, popularly known as Chairman Wontumi, must include meaningful punishment to serve the interests of justice.
