Police Investigate Scam Attempts in Niš Targeting Citizens for Money and Gold

Police in Niš announced they are working to identify individuals who attempted to defraud multiple citizens. The scammers called landlines, falsely claiming the victims' daughters were severely injured in traffic accidents, and then demanded money or gold.

- Policija u Nišu saopštila je danas da radi na identifikaciji osoba koje su pokušale da prevare više građana tako što su ih u pozivima na fiksni telefon lagali da su im ćerke teško povređene u saobraćajnoj nezgodi i tražili da im daju novac ili zlato za navodne troškove lečenja.
