Britain and 9 European countries form new naval force as NATO 'supplement' against Russia
Britain, along with nine European countries, has agreed to establish a unified naval force within the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF), intended to act as a 'supplement' to NATO with the primary goal of deterring Russia.
