Libya and Eni Launch Emergency Operation for Drifting Russian Tanker in Mediterranean
Libya's National Oil Corporation (Noc) and Italian energy group Eni have initiated an emergency operation to secure the Russian LNG tanker Arctic Metagaz, which is drifting in the Mediterranean Sea and poses an environmental risk.
