Emporia, an Austrian manufacturer specializing in smartphones for seniors, is reportedly set to be acquired by the Norwegian company Xplora Technologies within the next few months. The purchase price for the acquisition remains undisclosed, with owner Eveline Pupeter planning to sell 100% of her shares.
