Belgrade Tower Unusable Due to HVAC and Fire Safety Issues

The Belgrade committee of the Serbia Centre (SRCE) party announced that Kula Beograd (Belgrade Tower) is not fully occupied or usable because of poorly designed air conditioning and fire safety regulation problems.
