P108 M road project breaks ground in Zamboanga del Sur town
PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – The Department of Agriculture (DA) broke ground on Friday, March 13, for a P108 million road improvement and concreting project in Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur.
