Albanian Ethics Secretariat Excludes Two Deputies from Parliament
The Ethics Secretariat in Albania has excluded Democratic Party deputies Flamur Noka and Elda Hoti from plenary sessions following incidents in the last parliamentary session. Noka was excluded for 20 days and Hoti for 10 days.
