Yum! Brands to Sell Pizza Hut Chain in £2 Billion Deal
Yum! Brands is set to sell its Pizza Hut chain, excluding Chinese operations, in a deal valued at $1.5 billion (£1.1 billion). The private equity firm LongRange Capital will acquire the chain.
