Kneecap rapper will not face new terror trial after CPS appeal rejected

UK prosecutors have lost their appeal to reinstate a terrorism charge against Kneecap rapper Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh (Mo Chara), who was accused of waving a Hezbollah flag during a November 2024 gig, with the High Court upholding the dismissal of the case.
