Putin Silent on Crimea and Ukraine Strikes
Vladimir Putin has remained silent on events in Crimea and Ukrainian strikes, even as Moscow saw smoke last week and a state of emergency was declared in Crimea. He focused instead on the ASEAN meeting in Kazan.
