Adani Energy Solutions to Acquire Smart Meter Firm IntelliSmart for INR 3,050 Crore
Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) has signed an agreement to acquire the entire equity share capital of IntelliSmart, a smart meter firm, for ₹3,050 crore, which also includes the redemption of optionally convertible debentures held by NIIF.
