Japan Airlines Flight Experiences Sudden Turbulence, Crew Member Injured
A Japan Airlines flight from Oita Airport to Haneda Airport experienced sudden severe turbulence south of Izu Oshima on July 21. One flight attendant suffered a serious injury, including a broken rib, after falling during the incident, which is believed to have been caused by clear-air turbulence.
