Spanish Court Upholds 11-Year Sentence for Man Convicted of Continuous Sexual Assault of a Child
The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has confirmed an eleven-year prison sentence for a 45-year-old man convicted of continuous sexual assaults against a girl, his neighbor, from the age of five to eight, and subsequent harassment until she was 17.
