PP and Vox Introduce 'National Priority' Clause in Valencian Budget Law

The PP and Vox parties have for the first time included a 'national priority' clause in the Valencian regional government's budget, limiting it to 'real roots.' The Spanish central government has threatened to appeal the new regulation to the Constitutional Court.
