Detention Proposed for Couple Suspected of Holding Woman and Child Captive in Bosnia
A prosecutor in Banja Luka has proposed detention for a man from Travnik and a woman from Banja Luka, suspected of holding a woman and child in an apartment and extorting money from her with promises of employment.
