Sh3bn Ruaraka Land Deal Haunts Fred Matiang’i

The Sh3 billion Ruaraka land deal has resurfaced to haunt former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i, after the Court of Appeal found that the land, on which two schools sit, was surrendered to the State and not privately owned.
