Belgium commemorates 10th anniversary of Brussels attacks

Belgium is commemorating the 10th anniversary of the March 22, 2016, Brussels attacks, which were carried out by Islamic State suicide bombers and killed 32 people, injuring 340. Many victims continue to struggle with the aftermath years later.
