'El Mencho' - a cartel boss who 'unleashed terror' on Mexico
Nemesio Oseguera, the drug lord known as 'El Mencho' and who was killed by the army on Sunday, was an infamous figure in Mexico and was someone who had "unleashed terror" as part of his violent tactics leading one of the country's biggest drug cartels, says France 24's correspondent Ioan Grillo.
