Hiroshima High Court Upholds Constitutionality of Vote Disparity in Lower House Election
The Hiroshima High Court has ruled that the disparity in vote value in the House of Representatives election for the Hiroshima and Yamaguchi single-member constituencies is constitutional. The court dismissed claims to invalidate the election results.
