Excessive use of force in law enforcement operations hit

Sen. Raffy Tulfo has expressed alarm over incidents of excessive use of force by law enforcers during operations, including those conducted by the Philippine National Police and Armed Forces of the Philippines, which have resulted in deaths of innocent civilians.
