Study Suggests Less Fit Individuals Need More Exercise for Same Health Benefits
A new study indicates that people with lower fitness levels must engage in 30-50 minutes more exercise per week than their fitter counterparts to achieve the same reduction in cardiovascular risk. Some experts, however, have called aspects of the research "misguided."
