International Aid and Rescues Follow Devastating Venezuela Earthquakes

Following two devastating earthquakes in Venezuela, an 18-day-old baby and its mother were rescued from the ruins in La Guaira, north of Caracas. The U.S. has pledged additional monetary aid to assist Venezuela's recovery, while a weekly review in Slovakia also noted concerns after the tremors.
