Ludoyl Acquires Former Lukoil Refinery in Sicily
The largest refinery on the Mediterranean coast, previously part of Lukoil's overseas assets until 2023, will have a new owner. Ludoyl is purchasing the refinery in Sicily, returning it to Italian ownership after its sale by the Russians.
