'Raped another day before': How killer entered IRS officer's home, assaulted daughter studying alone

A 23-year-old man, accused of a brutal rape and murder in Delhi, allegedly committed another heinous crime in Alwar, Rajasthan, hours prior. He forced his way into a woman's home, raped and attempted to strangle her before fleeing. Police apprehended him in a Delhi hotel after a multi-state manhunt.
