Animal Welfare Group Representative Arrested for Abuse in Tokyo
A 47-year-old representative of an animal welfare organization in Tokyo has been arrested on suspicion of animal abuse, after 39 dogs and cats were found living in squalid conditions with at least 30 dead animals at their home.
