Puppies Found Abandoned in Trash Can on Hvar, Perpetrator Identified

Several hours-old puppies, separated from their mother and placed in individual bags, were discovered abandoned in a trash can in the center of Hvar, Croatia, in late April. Police have since identified the person responsible for discarding them.
