Oyonnax: two minors prosecuted after the lynching of a 13-year-old schoolgirl filmed and broadcast on social media
The young girl was discovered by other teenagers in a pond on Friday, February 27th, 'traumatized and barely able to walk,' according to the account in the newspaper Le Progrès.
