China Inaugurates World's Longest Urban Escalator in Chongqing

China has opened the Wushan Goddess, the world's longest urban escalator, in the mountainous city of Chongqing. The escalator measures 905 meters in length and 242 meters in height, equivalent to an 80-story skyscraper.
