Plzeň Becomes First Czech City to Integrate State and Municipal Police Operations

Plzeň (Pilsen) is set to become the first city in the Czech Republic to combine the operational management of its state and municipal police forces, aiming to streamline responses to emergency calls by dispatching the closest available patrol.

Efektivnější reakci na telefonáty na tísňové linky policie a strážníků má v Plzni umožnit spolupráce státní a městské policie. Jako první v Česku chystají sdílené operační řízení. To umožní vyslat na místo oznámení nejbližší dostupnou hlídku. Memorandum o spolupráci ve středu podepsal primátor Roman Zarzycký (ANO) a krajský policejní ředitel Petr Macháček.
