Montenegro Proposes Law Changes to Remove Non-Residents from Permanent Residence Register

Montenegro's Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) has drafted amendments to the Law on Registers of Residence and Domicile, which would allow for the deletion of individuals from the permanent residence register if there are justified assumptions that they do not reside in Montenegro.
