No more acting role: Baste Duterte is new PDP Laban president

MANILA, Philippines — Davao City Mayor Sebastian “Baste” Duterte has been officially appointed president of Partido Demokratiko Pilipino (PDP) Laban, according to his predecessor and Sen.
