BMC to fine contractor Rs 3 crore after coastal road mishap kills 2 labourers
Weeks after a coastal road mishap resulted in the deaths of two labourers, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) announced it will impose a Rs 3 crore fine on the contractor responsible.
