84 Batangas barangay captains ready to testify on aid distribution ‘discrimination’

MANILA, Philippines – Eighty four barangay captains from Batangas are prepared to face Congress to shed light on the non-release of ₱200,000 promised to their barangays  under the “Bawat Barangay Makikinabang” program last April 24. According to the barangay captains, they have submitted complete requirements and were never told not to snub the distribution ceremony.
