Japan Designates Broccoli as "Specified Vegetable" from April
Japan's Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries will add broccoli to its list of "specified vegetables" from April, the first addition in 52 years since potatoes, to stabilize supply and provide subsidies to farmers during price declines.
