Two Hanoi classmates achieve perfect IELTS scores at once

Two 17-year-old classmates at Hanoi's Foreign Language Specialized School recently achieved perfect overall band scores of 9.0 in the IELTS on their first attempt, a rare accomplishment nationwide.
