New Austrian Lab Investigates Omega-3 Fatty Acids for Chemotherapy Tolerance

A new Christian Doppler laboratory at Med-Uni Graz in Austria is researching whether emulsions from algae oil, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, can improve the tolerability of chemotherapy. The research aims to address the current lack of long-term studies on omega-3s' effects in cancer treatment.
