Portuguese Teachers' Union Denounces Critical Teacher Shortages

Fenprof, a Portuguese teachers' union, has denounced "critical levels" of teacher shortages, particularly worsening in Porto, estimating that approximately 40,000 students lacked classes in at least one subject during the second academic term.
