Rusko vyšetřuje spoluzakladatele komunikační sítě Telegram Pavla Durova kvůli podezření z napomáhání terorismu. Podle agentury Reuters o tom informoval ruský státní list Rossijskaja gazeta. Telegram hraje v Rusku důležitou roli ve veřejné i v soukromé komunikaci, používá ho i vláda. Ruské úřady mu ale už dříve uložily omezení, protože podle nich neodstraňoval extremistický obsah, a rovněž se rozhodly přístup k aplikaci omezit.
