Rusko vyšetřuje spoluzakladatele komunikační sítě Telegram Pavla Durova kvůli podezření z napomáhání terorismu. Podle agentury Reuters o tom informoval ruský státní list Rossijskaja gazeta. Telegram hraje v Rusku důležitou roli ve veřejné i v soukromé komunikaci, používá ho i vláda.
