Catalan Promoters Warn Against Housing Acquisition Ban
Xavier Vilajoana of the Association of Promoters of Catalonia (APCE) warns that a proposed law prohibiting housing acquisition includes restrictions on operations related to promotion, rehabilitation, and urban regeneration, stating that the problem is a lack of housing, not who buys it.
