Judge Rules SNAP Benefits Can Be Used for Candy and Sugary Drinks

A judge has ruled that the U.S. government cannot prevent participants in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) from using their benefits to purchase candy and sugary beverages.
