French Court Rules Individual Employee Charter Does Not Affect Fixed-Day Work Package

A French court has ruled that an individual charter signed by an employee has no bearing on their 'forfait-jours' or fixed-day work package. The Labor Code stipulates that such work arrangements require the employee's agreement and a written individual agreement.
