BMW Halts iX1 Production Due to Wheel Rim Shortage
BMW has paused the production of its electric SUV, the iX1, because of a shortage of 17 and 18-inch wheel rims, leading to customer wait times until October or requiring an upgrade to more expensive 19-inch wheels that reduce vehicle range.
