Kanal C0 je po besedah predsednice preiskovalne komisije DZ Anje Bah Žibert nevaren, čemur pritrjujejo tudi zaslišanja in dokumentacija. Sodišču je zoper ministra Bojana Kumra med drugim naznanila sum storitve kaznivega dejanja zlorabe položaja in nevestnega dela, sodišče pa je prijavo tožilstvu posredovalo v obliki kazenske ovadbe. Na okoljskem ministrstvu medtem izjavo Bah Žibertove razumejo kot politično motivirano blatenje dobrega imena v predvolilnem času.
