Hong Kong police officer fires service pistol by mistake at Kai Tak headquarters

A Hong Kong police officer accidentally fired a single round from her service firearm on Saturday morning, with no injuries reported. The force said the incident occurred at the Kai Tak police headquarters at about 7.10am, when the officer was loading her semi-automatic pistol in a designated loading area on Concorde Road.
