Uttar Pradesh Reworks Flood Management Strategy, Cuts Costs

Uttar Pradesh has revised its flood management strategy, replacing traditional flood control methods with dredging to significantly reduce costs from Rs 180 crore to Rs 22 crore and better protect farmland.
