France Boosts Renewable Energy with Offshore Wind Farms, Normandy Park Powers 770,000 People
France aims for one-third of its energy consumption to come from renewable sources within three years, actively building offshore wind farms. Four are already operational, with more under construction, including a major park in Normandy that generates energy for 770,000 people annually.
