Taliban Plan to Send Diplomatic Representatives to Europe
The Taliban intend to send diplomatic representatives to European countries, having already placed officials in German and Norwegian diplomatic missions. Austria, however, emphasizes that it does not recognize the Taliban as the legitimate government of Afghanistan.
