Italy's GDP set to rise 0.7% in 2026 and 2027 says Istat

(ANSA) - ROME, JUN 5 - Istat said Friday that it expects Italy's GDP to grow by 0.7% in both 2026 and 2027, after increasing by 0.5% in 2025. In an update on the Italian economy, the national statistics agency said it expects growth to be driven by domestic demand over the two-year period of the forecast.
