MANILA, Philippines — Two areas recorded “danger”-level heat indices exceeding 42°C on Wednesday, April 15, the state weather bureau reported. Based on data released by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) as of 5 p.m. of April 15, CBSUA-Pili, Camarines Sur and Dagupan City, Pangasinan each recorded a peak index of 42ºC.
